Now there are some groupings and some individual people I’ve noticed that always seem to have round faces. I am the exception to my grouping, because they always have round faces as they gain weight, and for some reason I always have a square face. I would actually love to have a heart shaped face like Catherine Zeta Jones or for example Reese Witherspoon.
It’s not the skinny face that tends to come with a pointy witch type chin, and frankly those are extremely rare among my grouping. But it’s not the completely round or square shape that you can’t lose even if you lose more weight. It gives the right proportionate look that’s somewhere in the middle and I love it. But this being said, most in my grouping have round faces, which only get worse should they gain weight.
This being said, they also tend to have double chins. They could actually be fairly average and in good size like size 6, and yet they have a fat collection in that one area. Having a square face has its advantages, and that’s one of them, I don’t have that particular feature. But honestly speaking, that’s really one of those areas interestingly enough you can’t really exercise, and you just have to lose more fat and hope it goes away with more fat loss in general. Unfortunately, for my sister, she’s had severely low body fat levels and never lost her double chin. It just makes things interesting.
