Now diabetes is a complicated disorder. It’s set off by various things, and whether raising your blood sugar or lowering it, you always have to keep constant track so it’s always on the right track. Having low blood sugar can be just as bad as having high blood sugar. But while some abuse their diabetes and really don’t adhere to the must stricter rules associated with it, there are some measures that I would think would be prohibited in any case.
For example, there are certain diet pills I could definitely see being eliminated or restricted at the very least. And actually gastric bypass is a big one, being that they have to be able to properly absorb and get certain nutrients, meaning they would logically have to eat more with the way gastric bypass surgery actually interferes with that. But at the same point in time, you cannot eat more when you have diabetes, and if your blood sugar suddenly drops or really isn’t fulfilled when you have eaten as much as it will allow you to eat, well that creates a sudden problem to say the least. I have to wonder really, I mean it’s great to lose weight, and gastric bypass works for many individuals. But is it a higher risk and higher problem with diabetes, or does it somehow manage to work out.
